82Another Threat Averted by Countermeasures
Last night, I was on Facebook giving people hints to visit Hub.Pages to win back their intellectual freedom from "The Disinformation Storm". In merely 2 minutes, I was threatened with insinuations that I was toast and an actual death threat ("If I Die, I'll Kill You). They did in fact step up their efforts to rob me of sleep and make me very un-comfortable........which utterly failed due to my counter-measures I've been talking about.
First, I was already listening to my own music (through earphones) to screw up their mental/physical harassment (they refer to this as "calling me on the phone"). This brought the ear-ringing garbage that can make one very uncomfortable to ZERO. I've recently had the "overly-tender-aching-abdomen" feeling used against me, so I was wearing three layers of EMF-absorbent clothing. See LessEmf.com for obtaining some of this for yourself. You put this on and the pain IMMEDIATELY STOPS.
I proceeded to take my trusty Trazodone to encourage deep, relaxing sleep and I kept my earphones in and the music turned up. By doing this for the last two months, it is now possible for me to sleep in spite of loud noise. This technique shuts out their "Dream Warfare" which alone has nearly freaked me out so bad that I felt as though I was teetering on the edge of my sanity. It works every time: go to sleep listening to loud music - NO NIGHTMARES.......go to bed (even with earplugs in) without the music: AWFUL NIGHTMARES followed by ringing in ears and "unstable feeling" upon waking. This is how this group "eats people in their sleep". Since I've learned to sleep with music playing, I've actually had REAL DREAMS that came from within and not from without........oftentimes, i've had the coveted "Lucid Dreams" where I control what I do in the dream and I am fully aware that I AM dreaming!
If you don't have Silver-lined fabric, just place several Imodium under the tongue to stop the intestinal peristalsis pain they are hitting you with. You can add Clonopin/Trazodone if they are really sticking it to you. I absolutely love Trazodone: it costs 4 bucks for 30 and it assures tranquility just before sleeping and gets you sleeping. On too little sleep, anyone can be rendered temporarily Psychotic, so sleep is one huge MUST. Either way, perfectly sound sleep can be acheived, even if you are on this group's S77T LIST because you SPOKE UP about WHAT'S REALLY GOING ON.
Gangstalking/E-harassment is completely invisible, but without protection it's like living in a constant maelstrom of pain and mentally-disturbing thoughts (especially your deepest, darkest fears). If I were afraid of Peanut Butter, they'd use that in my dreams. So it takes whatever thoughts/feelings that are most suitable to pulverizing each person's sanity so that you can be "switched out" (utterly brainwashed). This group claims to represent Organized homosexuality ("The Family")...........but the ultimate goal is a person who allows themselves to be controlled by the very means used to break the mind (a "dog" in their vernacular).
These people feel/think and "act" on command via this "Electronic mind/body bridge. I've felt it PULL my body to FEEL AS THOUGH I WAS: Crying, angry, sexually-aroused or simply having disturbing thoughts. All 100% FAKE, so forget the Cannon-Bard theory of fear(first your heart pounds then you decide to be afraid) and adopt the James-Lange theory (you perceived a threat, then you DECIDED how to feel)........then feel NOTHING BECAUSE IT'S ALL A BUNCH OF B.S.. Act rationally and these fools will call you "cold". Good! That's how you want to be to these guys. They call me "deaf".......good! These creeps get in primarily through your ears. Without "having your ear", they cannot direct your eyes to disturbing word combinations or insults.
How do you combat this "invisible electronic kingdom of fear".?.......well, countermeasures and what I call "hit and run truth dissemination". This means you tell others what is going on and then temporarily recede into the belief that life is perfectly normal and no such group exists (it's pretty hard to disturb someone who simply refuses to acknowledge that anything is wrong,period). This way, you receive less harassment and have a semi-normal life (always take the Abilify/Clonopin combo to render their "fake emergencies" and illusions unable to penetrate your conciousness). Never worry about anything, because it's all fake anyway. Become so bold that death or the most disgusting thought you could have do not phase you in the least. If you get the feeling that you want to do "something wrong", you must ignore this by CHANGING WHAT YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT. The range of "implantable psychic offenses" run from vandalism to the worst thing you could possibly imagine.
I've been dealing with this threat for 4 years or more and life is SO much better now. You just protect yourself and when you are around everyone else, pretend that the situation is NORMAL (after 5 mg Abilify/ 1 mg Clonopin). I call this "Experimental Anti-Paranoia". They got close to getting me about 4 months ago, so when this happens, your mind must get stronger. In time, you will need less Clonopin, keep taking the ABILIFY - it shuts them out without diminishing your clarity. Take Zoloft so that they don't get you "down" with minor life issues, but do not take too much of this. They'll hit you when you run out. Never take Ambien. It gives you "rebound panic attacks" (which can be deadly with a little "electronic Voodoo".
In short, this harassment is used on people who use their imaginations a lot. One way to avoid them is not to imagine anything........be concrete and discreet. I like the protective measures approach because life seems more like the world before this "terror technology" went into effect. You use corrective measures to alter the electronically-enforced UNREALITY so that life appears NORMAL. What a relief it is to live like this than walking on pins and needles all day long with ringing ears/disturbing thoughts/really bad dreams!

Hi! I have been a gangstalk target for at least 4 yrs now. The hi-pitched sound in my ear is undeniable. Do these people ever give up??? Why is it, so many low-lifes know what's going on and not one of them can be bribed into spilling the truth? I have offered money, drugs, hired a private detective and used some of the measures you have spoken of. They are getting into my home. I saw the top of one's head, but can't actually catch them! Why me?

I have been electronic harassed for several years now and still am as to this day. from the dreams to the genarator and the pains. They talk to me through the chip aqnd yes they can see through your eyes. They are getting in and out of my home with out my consent and are raping me as well. The isolation is great and they even caused me to lose my children and home. They taunt me every day and night and tell me that they want complete control over me and my body. God I hope this petition turns into a law and us victims can get real help from our government here in the USA because we too have rights that are being stepped on!
A chip would make this easier to do, technologically-speaking. If so, it almost had to have been at birth. I've experienced this "weirdness" even as a kid. It felt like something wanted control of me. High school, same stuff. It's gotten worse and worse as more technology has become available to play with people's minds. They even have referred to me as "Checkov's Brain Stem". Everyone I know is somehow connected to all this.....but if you believe that, you might feel like giving up.....Don't do that!
Altered neurochemistry throws them off of your usual thinking-patterns. A legally available herb known as Kratom can make one virtually impervious to this "psychic bullying". I'm on it right now and "jamming" out their binaural messages using music. It pays to focus on the music and really FEEL IT. That way, you aren't feeling the commands of our stalkers. I'm going to see an audiologist......maybe I'll get lucky and they'll find something in there.
It is also possible through satellite-based technology that this harassment doesn't require implants at all. When you get "beamed" (ears ringing, funny mental feeling), reach for an I-Pod. Whatever they hit us with makes us very open to what we HEAR. This way, you are jamming their subliminal, microwave-based signals with music. It even saved my life once. Focusing on that music and thinking "happy thoughts" saved me from what felt like "inner-death".

Get a prescription for Clonopin for the anxiety and Abilify. This drug combo does a very effective job of thwarting their mental-invasion attempts. I'd get Zoloft for any depression.
They can give you thoughts that AREN'T YOUR OWN. When this happens, repent for it to God and these disgusting thoughts will go away. It's one way that NEVER FAILS.
They are testing you to see if you'll go to God or allow yourself to get "possessed" by another collective consciousness. This is our government carrying out biblical Prophecy. Prayer makes their subliminally-implanted bad thoughts dissipate. When you get a disgusting/disturbing/perverse thought, simply repent for it even though it isn't yours. This works 100% of the time.
These are strange days to be living in. My advice is get as close to God as you can. You may feel repelled by this idea. Whatever wants control of us hates it when we: pray/repent/seek God. If you want to survive (keep your soul), it is best to seek God out. If you go "the other way", you might not get to keep it!
Oh yeah: to sleep, get Trazodone. It's a fairly innocuous sleep inducer. Make sure that you get sleep because if you go too long without it, your mind will get weak.......leaving you open to a direct attempt to take over your mind. This is a truly awful experience. Put on headphone music to block the fake signals your body is getting. Do this AND pray to God should you find yourself in such a circumstance.

I've regained my sense of power. It took 2 solid days and nights constantly listening to music. If you are a male, hearty doses of DHEA really help bring back your sense of mental freedom. Just remember that when you get "beamed" (ears ring, you feel "weird"), pray to God to remove each disgusting thought they subliminally put in through your ears and reach for some good music! Remember everyone: to get some well-needed rest, simply take periods of time to live what we consider a boring life. It is strange how savagely we are "tempted" to become 1.Angry 2.Impulsive 3.Do things to get ourselves into trouble. Resisting the temptations to be the worst we can be renders us immune in an entirely different sense. It also seems to boost your intelligence so that you can actually consider a future, not just getting by.
I'm not there yet, but just one day of aiming to live my life right has led to greater internal perceptions of freedom. If you do all the crazy cr%p that you feel almost PUSHED to do, you lose every time in the long run. Our inner intentions and desires are visible to this phenomenon. Every good thing we do (and every "bad" thing we DON'T do) is noted in our favor. As a result, we seem to be rewarded via INTELLIGENCE ENHANCEMENT.
It's like a "School for Emotional Growth". Every positive choice you make is a move in your favor. Constantly debate whether this is a thought/action/feeling that promotes enlightenment and negative ideation finds little to work with. It's simply very easy to get very resentful over the fact that others are aware of things we consider private. I get this way all of the time, but it simply opens the door to being resentful which actually brings more negativity to ourselves in a way we definitely do not want.......which causes escalation in the harassment.
For Impulsive people like me, I highly recommend the combination of Abilify and Clonopin. Do not use too much Clonopin......when you run out, you will be attacked in ways that can be very disturbing. There is also Kratom which dulls/nullifies our negative responses to "irritants", thus severing the chain of increasingly worsening "Karma". Just NEVER RUN OUT OR BE LOW ON THIS VITAL HERBAL ANTIPSYCHOTIC.
There, we have the guaranteed way to take the heat off: straightening out our personal lives VS. some very effective "cheats" (because no one is perfect). We are doing our best to "stay happy", which ironically spares us. Never take over 1 level Tablespoon of Kratom. If that doesn't do it, resort to emotional self-manipulation. Any further amount sucks you down a psychological hole you don't want to go down. Last, but not least: Use only Red-Veined Kratom. It's the strongest strain for "getting along with others". Wow, there is so much information here and I am so very glad it's available to newbys like us. For a while there I felt as was the only person on mother earth to be experiencing all the wierdness and even admitted myself into the psych ward twice to rule out any mental issues and to get some rest. This is for pterzw. No, we aren't crazy......we simply possess 2 things this "dispositional filtering system" targets: 1. An independent spirit and 2. A tendency to look down on things that appear foolish to us.
I'm no electrical engineer, but some things can be blocked through shielding (Shield-It Super - LESSEMF.COM) and Silver-Tex clothing (same company). The thing they really go after is your MIND if you should be on a "low" (or out of mood-boosting medications/herbs). They attack you in a WEAKENED MENTAL STATE: 1. Frustration 2. Fear 3. The key: be one up-beat, confident, non-critical fool. Forget your environment and focus on what it takes to make you feel better. Don't think that the entire World subscribes to the programming of your stalkers. Much of it does, inherently: nice, non-aggressive, happy people never fall into the net of gangstalking. This system is designed to entrap NEGATIVE/AGGRESSIVE THINKING. Also notice that the moment you quit thinking like this, the 1. ringing in your ears 2. stalking behaviors stop instantaneously. Few people find the time to "get happy" that quickly.
View Happiness itself as air. Come UP for it the moment you can find a way to feel good. Do this using medications/legal herbs (Kratom), not illicit drugs. Like air - keep feeling positive as long as you can. When you begin to feel negative - it's time to 1. Think "Happy Thoughts" 2. take mood-enhancing medication or 3. Hold on to your sanity by re-affirming that EVERYTHING IS OK. By re-affirming the positive, you reset your mind in such a way as to prevent a negative state from getting on top of you.
Gangstalkers IMMEDIATELY RESPOND to "gaps" in your positivity. Just as soon as they can "set you off", they'll KEEP IT UP by adding INSULT TO INJURY. The angrier you get, the more they will do irritating things until you lose control of your emotions. This has to be the WORST FEELING I've ever experienced. This is when you get this feeling like something outside you is trying to directly control your thoughts/feelings/behavior. This is exactly the mental state where you are too angry/scared to rationally explain this state of mind to anybody else.
As a final note: look at how non-aggressive our society has become. People who are into negativity eventually get targeted and driven to the point that they lose control of their feelings. When this happens, they can be PROGRAMMED to be one Heck of a lot different than whoever they normally were like. After that, FEW will tell you ANYTHING. So, this "mood-targeting" goes after: aggressive, angry, easily-annoyed people. In my subjective opinion, it FEELS LIKE THESE PEOPLE CAN ONLY "SEE" US WHEN WE ARE BEHAVING/THINKING/FEELING aggressive/irritated/angry. Just as soon as your attitude goes "UP", it's like you disappear off of their radar. Knowing this will help you survive this "invisible web" designed to catch "mean people".

hi i am an indian american woman single mom live with a kid.2005 I move to a apartment in edison nj ,There is a african american young woman used to live in 1st floor and we were in ground floor ,that lady the day one started to harass my son and me with out any reason I wrote to management and local police many time, ultimately she had been thrown out from the apt.
then different people came in the same apt we dont have problems but 2010 again another african amrican girl came in same apt and this new girl and the old one some way they are related also this new girl is related to army and we are getting electronic herassament, all those signs and symptoms we getting that other people explain,physically and mentally we are very healthy and i am working in medical field.but it effecting me so strongly i had to rush to psychiatrist.Now I moved from the apt but still they are following us.I wrote to fbi for time being they stop but after soemtime they doing the same again.my son is 13 now I am really scared for him.

This is for Nick: just take the counter-measures mentioned above and these mental-invaders won't be able to "train" you to be one of them. Sleep deprivation is a SERIOUS problem. Any normal human being can be driven to have a break with reality indistinguishable from Psychosis if kept awake long enough. If they can deprive you of enough sleep and you have such a break with reality, that is when they attempt to "take you over". These bastards have almost gotten me on three occasions. In each instance, you feel something trying to push you out of the Driver's Seat of your mind and body.
Like I tell everyone, get your Dr. to prescribe trazodone (200mg right before bed), go to LESSEMF.COM and either buy specific EMF/Microwave head-protection or just wrap your head in Silver-Tex clothing (I use 2 silver-mesh shirts, one Silver-weaved cloth shirt and one Silver-Tex long-johns). Before you wrap your head in the Microwave-resistant fabric of your choice, put in your earphones (make sure that your I-Pod is FULLY charged before bed or you'll wake up to this nasty high-frequency sound which feels like it is trying to bore it's way into your head).
In conclusion: 1. take 200 mg. Trazodone before going to sleep. 2. Put in your earphones of your I-Pod (self-selected music, not the brainwashing crap they call music nowadays)and turn it up LOUD (the Trazodone will allow you to sleep despite the loud music) 3. Wrap your head in the EMF/Microwave-Absorbent fabric/silver mesh (start at eye-level and then keep wrapping it until it covers your ears, the area below the ears all the way to the top of your head). This WORKS. Everytime I go to sleep PROTECTED: I have restful, uninterrupted sleep with no horrific nightmares. Whenever I don't, the bastards give me interrupted sleep with horrific nightmares. My method keeps the creeps from disturbing my sleep, giving me awful nightmares or subliminally-programming me while I sleep. There's no point in blaming anybody because it makes you paranoid. Look up the medications I take during the day to shut them out. You'll need to keep alternating your meds or when you take them because they eventually find ways to compensate for what you are taking. Whenever your ears start ringing during the day, put in some earphone-delivered music to "hang up the phone" on these dorks. Also, there is a "Salvation Code" hidden in every "ear-ringing" microwave attack. You must learn to stretch the high-pitched syllables out. ee-ee-ee!, ee-ee-ee! becomes eeeeeeeeeeeee-eeeeeeeeeeeeeee-eeeeeeeeeeeeee becomes "Ahhhhhhhhhhhh, Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh. This will keep you CALM when interacting with people. Don't listen to it for too long or your mind will start to feel weak. It's best used in self-defense, not while laying around.
It all started with my neighbor 18 years ago being suspicious about me since im a loner and play alot of angry hardvore music and asking me questions like if I ever harmed anyone. He even said to me why should people have to wait until someone does something bad,people should go after them before it happens. Then he stopped talking to me and for 4 months straight each time I arrived home in my car once or twice a week after visiting my parents or going to groceries he would arrive home 2 or 3 minutes later and it was told to me by his wife that he owns a second house a few blocks away provoking me to think he was doing that on purpsoe to send me a message that hes aware I live across the street from him or something. For many years almost every night I hear a semi loud tapping sound occur within 2 to 20 minutes of me laying down to sleep and when I cant sleep til 2 or 4am this sound never occurs again. Another tapping sound occurs in the front room every single day when I try to take a nap after lunch or supper. All of these happenings have provoked me to think its possible that that neighbor or a secret agent he knows is producing these sounds to keep me awake at night and in the day to make me loose sleep perhaps because they want me out of the neighborhood or sent to the menbtal hospital when I never break any laws.
This is for Irma: they DO have the ability to give you awful nightmares in which you are depicted doing the thing you would hate most of all. Same with your IMAGINATION. They can use the "fast frequency" to give you mental images of you doing something really disgusting. You'll be talking to someone, your ears begin to ring and suddenly you get these obscene pictures in your mind. Stretch out the ee-ee-ee into eeeeeeeeeee-eeeeeeeee-eeeeeeeeeeee into "Ahhhhhhhhhh, Ahhhhhhhhhh, Ahhhhhhhhhhh. This will render you immune to the disturbing mental images. Now the next thing is learning how to HOLD ON to that SLOW FREQUENCY. They know when you are translating the "panic frequency" into "the peace frequency" and they will try to distract you with loud noises. When you are on the SLOW frequency, it makes "in" people un-comfortable. It ALSO draws other unprogrammed people to you and calms them down. LAST and not least: if you are hung-up on a disturbing thought, just forget it. Imagine deleting it or casting it from the top of your head like a frisbee, casting it into infinity never to be seen by you again.
They will also watch you in bathrooms and bedrooms to try and make you feel embarrassed about yourself. They are the sick ones. The men who do these things are sissy's and the women are desperate. I don't think we gave anyone permission to watch us in the tolite or bedroom. The people who do this to us should live in glass houses since they have no morals. Thank god we complain and they don't. So now we know who has morals, we do. They want to make us look crazy and they let the pigs get away with it, that should tell you we are the sane ones.
They don't want you to sleep so you won't be able to work. Then how can you live if you can't pay your rent? I had three or four hours of sleep, sometimes less. The sad thing is they make us have horrible dreams. Think about what they would make children dream. They have no morals and they don't care about age, that's why these situations are so sick. We tell them what their like and no one wants to look into it. The sick pigs are winning and we have to stop it. These sick adults would use children to get out of their ugly situations and I cringe knowing this is happening. I hope someone really embarrasses them, as we know they have dirty secrets.

There is a systemmatic effort to target specified genetic groups within the population. The "geniuses" that are in charge of the scientific new order, have "discovered" that "certain individuals" are the ones that cause "destabilisation" in a society. They really do plan on having a utopia kind of society, so they will basically do everything to hamper your chances at a normal life and children.
The ironic thing is that most of the individuals that are in law enforcement also have these genetic characteristics, so they are sort of using us on ourselves. We represent people who still have some kind of natural survival instinct, who for some reason or another have become resilliant to the technologies that they use.
Be careful at work, because they hire "actors" that repeat certain "key words" that they were beaming you in your sleep, to try and get an aggressive response. All they need is one excuse and they can have you in interrogation, and put on a forced program of drugs and "rehabilitation". They are preventing me from sleeping properly, leaving me in a state of drowsiness most of the time, which is then used as fuel to observe my behaviours as "erratic" and then further justifying the harassment.

Frances, this is rather like a disease of the mind that is spread by harassment and electronic harassment to make your mind more "trainable". There are three psychoactive drugs that will shut these suckers out: Abilify (combined with Clonopin), Zoloft. Take Trazodone for sleep (NEVER AMBIEN). An herbal supplement, Kratom will always seal out the most vicious attacks, but the key is not taking more than you need. Dear Moeflats, I was so relieved to know I am not mad after all. I have been suffering for more than 4 years. Wakened every night by electronic harassment. I feel as if I have been kicked in the stomach, my heart is racing, my ears are banging and my whole body is tingling. My neighbour was away for a week and I had sweet peace. I bought insulating foil to put between my legs as I sometimes feel as if I am being interfered with. Often I cannot focus my eyes properly to drive in the morning. If I am on my own in the bathroom visiting the loo I often hear a roaring whining noise like the wind. Before that it was a ghosty noise during the night when I was alone. It has happened at home and at the work flat where I have been driven out from. The police are clueless. I have felt so desperate at times I wanted to throw stones at their glass houses, metaphoricaly speaking. I have been to the hospital twice as I though I was going to die. The local council wrote to my doctor and inferred that I had a mental problem. Needless to say I have not visited her since. This is only the tip of the iceberg. My husband hasn't got a clue what I am talking about. I am glad you are there. I expect that there are many like us. If it gets to N Ireland where I was born I expect it could bring about another civil war. I will try the baby monitor as well as the foil and protective clothing. My husband laughed when I made a large envelope bed of the insulating foil with a grill made of silver woven fabric. It worked for a while until the (microwaves were so small they passed through the material). Must admit it was hot. It was better than sleeping in the streets in my car when the temperature was below zero. My thyroid has been wrecked as I still have to breathe so there was no protection there. It's about time this crap has become well known. These freaks had me go out and surrender to no one several times by just trying to get in my head turn things around. What we have to remember is ourselves and not what they want to turn us into. Well, I would like to know how to get a good night´s sleep. You see they fire electromagnetic pulses into my groin 24-7 and there seems to be no protection available.
